Shipping Information
At Hunhu Colectiv, each item reflects the craftsmanship and unique story of our designers and artisan communities. Many pieces are handmade or made to order, which may require up to 3 weeks for production. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 48 hours.
We’ve partnered with DHL Express to provide reliable, global delivery to over 220 countries. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM CAT (Central Africa Time).
Please note: your order may include items from multiple designers. In such cases, each piece will ship directly from the designer’s studio or showroom to your address.

Shipping Fees & Pricing
At Hunhu Colectiv, we offer global and domestic shipping via DHL Express. To keep things simple and transparent for our customers, shipping fees are either built into our product prices or applied at checkout based on your location and order value.
Domestic (Zimbabwe) Orders
Orders under $250: $10 flat-rate shipping
Orders $250 and above: Free shipping
International Orders
Orders under $250: $20 flat-rate shipping
Orders $250 and above: Free shipping
Additional Information
Shipping options and any applicable fees are shown clearly at checkout.
Taxes and duties (where applicable) are not included in the product price and may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.
We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your location, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer. Duties typically range between 20%–40% of the order value and are determined by your local customs authority.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but if not, we accept returns on full-priced items that meet the criteria below:
Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn, unused, and undamaged
In original packaging with all tags attached
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items worn or damaged by the customer
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as Final Sale
Footwear and accessories must be returned in original boxes or pouches, placed inside an outer protective package. Swimwear must be returned with hygiene seals intact and only tried on over undergarments.
Final Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Exceptions include:
Items received damaged
Incorrect items (e.g., wrong size or color shipped)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any such issues.
Refunds & Processing
All approved returns will be refunded in USD, minus a $35 processing fee. Store credit used for the original purchase will not be refunded or reinstated.
Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@hunhucolectiv.com with your order number in the subject line. Our Customer Care team will provide a return label and instructions. Please note that you are responsible for repackaging and ensuring the item is returned on time. Hunhu Colectiv is not liable for packages lost in transit.
